1. Services
Sean Foster Photo provides photography services including, but not limited to, portrait, editorial, commercial, and event photography. The scope of each project will be agreed upon in writing between the photographer and the client prior to the shoot.

2. Booking & Payment
A project is considered confirmed once the client and photographer agree to the scope of work and payment terms. Deposits may be required to secure booking dates. Final payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If a client cancels a scheduled shoot, deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

4. Copyright & Usage
All photographs remain the copyright of Sean Foster unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a licence to use the images only for the purposes agreed upon at the time of booking. Images may not be resold, licensed, or used for additional commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Portfolio Use
Sean Foster reserves the right to use photographs created during assignments for portfolio, website, social media, promotional materials, competitions, and exhibitions unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the shoot.

6. Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the scope of the project.

7. Creative Control
The photographer retains creative control over the style, editing, and final selection of delivered images.

8. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, Sean Foster Photo will not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather conditions, or unforeseen events that prevent completion of a photography session.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws where the photographer operates.
